PLATFORM WORKFLOWS
Organization Workspaces, Search and Guided Pilots
Connect day-to-day operations across the nine-suite workspace. Organization-aware search and investigations help teams find relevant records; reviewed onboarding lets the operator scope a pilot to supported needs.
Guided pilot scope · Reviewed 2026-10-16. No production AI diagnosis, automatic infrastructure/DDL remediation or compliance certification is offered.
Search across enabled features
Global search finds suite navigation and selected targets, query fingerprints, traces, metric series, logs, monitors, incidents, runbooks, billing imports/items, dashboards and security sources. Schema review is a navigation tool; it is not an exhaustive index of every catalog object.
Results use current organization entitlements and recheck ownership/access when selected. Search examines bounded recent records and curated fields; it does not execute operations or search raw credentials, SQL or complete payloads.
Investigate using one time window
Open an incident investigation to assemble permitted traces, logs, query aggregates, host samples and timeline events. Explicit identifiers and contextual time/service matches are labelled separately.
Narrow the window if results are truncated. This reduces repeated evidence assembly while leaving relevance and causal diagnosis to the engineer.
Provision an organization and pilot
Platform operators manage organizations and their suite/target quotas. Organization administrators configure permitted workflows; members/viewers have permitted reads and specifically authorized response actions. Privileged platform operators can access managed organizations.
A guided pilot request is reviewed before approval. The approved customer chooses a password through a 48-hour single-use invitation delivered manually. Setup milestones, feedback and completion provide a reviewable evaluation record. Static hosting alone does not store requests.
Deployment, sessions and recovery
The application supports local evaluation and a documented HTTPS/WSS deployment profile, persistent session revocation and database backup/restore tooling. These controls support operation of the workspace; they are not a managed hosting service or independently audited enterprise security assurance.
Automatic checkout, mailbox verification, SSO/MFA and complete uniform legacy endpoint feature gates are not established. Review database-link TLS, data residency, retention, support and actual-host recovery requirements before a commercial commitment.
Frequently asked questions
Are search results limited to our enabled suites?
The search service reloads current organization features and checks selected records again before opening them. Purchased access currently means administrator-controlled entitlements, not an integrated payment-verification system.
Can we choose where the application runs?
A local/server deployment profile exists. Agree who operates it and verify the actual network, storage, encryption and recovery configuration; no universal residency or hosted-region guarantee is provided.
Does every visitor automatically receive an account?
No. The guided pilot workflow requires operator review and an approved single-use invitation. Static website contact does not automatically provision an account.
Evaluate your own workflow
Start with supported sample or staging infrastructure and agree on a success measure. Contact the operator to arrange a pilot. This static website does not create accounts or send invitations automatically.
